Insurance Claims
We will assist you in contacting your insurance claims office to get a temporary claim number. This does not obligate you or your insurance company to replace your roof.
Your insurance company will assign an insurance adjuster to also inspect your roof for the claimed damaged. They will call you to set up an appointment to do an inspection.
Once your insurance claim has been approved by the adjuster, he/she will then give you an itemized list for replacement of your roof. This itemized list will have a total estimated replacement cost. Your insurance company will then give you an “ACV” check ( a portion of the estimated replacement cost) which will cover some material costs, permits, etc. for your roof replacement. A Phoenix Roofing insurance claims specialist will meet the adjuster at your home when they do their inspection. We will advocate on your behalf presenting proof of damage to the adjuster.
Phoenix Roofing will contract with you for replacement of your roof for the insurance proceeds.
Upon completion of your roof replacement your home will be inspected by a city/county inspector to insure the quality of the installation and to verify that all local building codes have been complied with.
Phoenix Roofing will then submit a final invoice to your insurance company. They will then send you another check for final payment that will cover the remaining costs of your roof replacement (the balance of the estimated replacement cost).
When you are completely satistfied with your project, final payment is due to Phoenix Roofing.
